Tasks

  • Design, manage, implement, and execute new PPC user acquisition strategies.
  • Develop compelling ad copies that align with our brand and optimize them for maximum performance.
  • Plan, execute, and manage paid search and paid social campaigns to achieve business objectives within allocated budgets.
  • Analyse campaign performance data and provide actionable insights to improve overall results.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research to identify relevant and high-performing keywords for our campaigns; SEO knowledge is a plus.
  • Monitor and adjust bid strategies to maximize ROI and achieve campaign goals.
  • Collaborate with an external marketing agency on marketing materials, content, and creatives.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of proven track record in user acquisition on web platforms, with a focus on scaling organic search.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with paid online marketing, especially a solid understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads. Experience with other platforms like LinkedIn or Microsoft Ads is a plus.
  • Creative mindset and excellent writing skills for ad copy creation.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage and optimize a monthly acquisition budget across channels and perform in-house media buying.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Native German and excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best PPC practices.
  • Experience with several of these frameworks/tools is a plus: Looker, SQL, Hotjar, Semrush, Posthog.
