SAP FI/CO Consultant needed- permanent inhouse role- fluent German needed!

This is an inhouse position at a successful, growing international company. You will have an opportunity to work with a motivated multicultural team where your ideas matter.

This is a permanent position near Mannheim and requires you to be in the office 2-3 days a week.

• Configure and optimize SAP FI and CO modules, driving system enhancements and rollouts.
• Lead (sub-)projects as a technical expert and strategic advisor.
• Support the transition to SAP S/4HANA and ensure seamless process integration.
• Collaborate with finance and controlling teams to understand business needs and implement best-practice solutions.
• Analyze risks and benefits to support decision-making in SAP implementations.
• Ensure proper documentation of processes to maintain system integrity and continuity.
• Conduct training sessions for key users to enhance system knowledge across the organization.
• Provide 1st and 2nd level support
• Oversee end-to-end value flows, including SAP CO-PA and PCA integrations

• 5+ years of experience in SAP consulting or in-house SAP roles
• Strong expertise in SAP CO
• In-depth knowledge of SAP FI and integration with other modules, mainly logistics
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA
• Understanding of ABAP programming is plus
• Fluent in German and English
