What You’ll Do
- Provide professional customer support via phone, email, and (video) chat.
- Assist customers with product questions and guide them confidently through the ordering process.
- Manage inquiries, returns, and complaints while ensuring accurate and complete case documentation.
- Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure smooth, transparent delivery processes.
- Maintain customer data and contribute to process improvements that elevate service quality.
What You’ll Bring
- Fluent German (C1) and good English skills (B1) for effective communication with customers and colleagues.
- 1–2 years of customer service experience, ideally in e-commerce or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills with a solution-oriented, empathetic approach.
