As a Sales Planner & Analyst, you will sit at the intersection of planning, execution, and analytics—designing targeted sales campaigns, optimizing performance, and ensuring our teams focus on the highest-impact opportunities. As PERGOLUX continues to scale across Europe, Australia, North America, and South America, you will play a critical part in aligning sales efforts with revenue-driving priorities. This is a high-visibility opportunity to shape how a premium outdoor-living brand operates and grows in 13+ global markets.
What You’ll Do
- Plan, coordinate, and optimize targeted sales campaigns, including seasonal pushes, product launches, upsells, and reactivation initiatives.
- Develop campaign structures such as target lists, cadences, messaging, and incentive frameworks.
- Track campaign performance in real time, adjusting tactics and sharing best practices across markets.
- Build dashboards, lead-quality analyses, and post-campaign insights to support data-driven decisions.
- Support forecasting and pipeline modeling while ensuring smooth handoffs between Marketing and Sales.
What You’ll Bring
- Degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Sales Analytics, Sales Operations, or Campaign Planning (D2C/e-commerce a plus).
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in CRM platforms (HubSpot/Salesforce) and BI tools.
- Proven experience designing and executing measurable sales or marketing campaigns.
- Fluent English (C1+) with a proactive, structured, and collaborative working style.
