As a **Customer Service Agent**, you will support customers throughout their purchasing journey and play a key part in strengthening **PERGOLUX**’s reputation for premium, high-quality service. You will guide customers with expertise, empathy, and clarity—ensuring every interaction reflects the standards of a global outdoor-living brand rooted in Scandinavian design. ## **What You’ll Do**

* Provide professional customer support via phone, email, and (video) chat.
* Assist customers with product questions and guide them confidently through the ordering process.
* Handle inquiries, returns, and complaints while ensuring accurate, detailed case documentation.
* Coordinate with logistics partners to maintain smooth and transparent delivery processes.
* Maintain customer data and contribute to process improvements that elevate service quality.

## **What You’ll Bring**

* Fluent German (C1) and good English skills (B1) for effective communication with customers and colleagues.
* 1–2 years of customer service experience, ideally in e-commerce or a related field.
* Strong communication skills with a solution-oriented, empathetic approach.
