As a Customer Service Agent, you will support customers throughout their purchasing journey and play a key part in strengthening PERGOLUX’s reputation for premium, high-quality service. You will guide customers with expertise, empathy, and clarity—ensuring every interaction reflects the standards of a global outdoor-living brand rooted in Scandinavian design. What You’ll Do
- Provide professional customer support via phone, email, and (video) chat.
- Assist customers with product questions and guide them confidently through the ordering process.
- Handle inquiries, returns, and complaints while ensuring accurate, detailed case documentation.
- Coordinate with logistics partners to maintain smooth and transparent delivery processes.
- Maintain customer data and contribute to process improvements that elevate service quality.
What You’ll Bring
- Fluent German (C1) and good English skills (B1) for effective communication with customers and colleagues.
- 1–2 years of customer service experience, ideally in e-commerce or a related field.
- Strong communication skills with a solution-oriented, empathetic approach.
- Enjoyment of a dynamic, collaborative environment with a strong service mindset.
