As a Customer Service Agent, you will support customers throughout their purchasing journey and play a key part in strengthening PERGOLUX’s reputation for premium, high-quality service. You will guide customers with expertise, empathy, and clarity—ensuring every interaction reflects the standards of a global outdoor-living brand rooted in Scandinavian design. What You’ll Do

  • Provide professional customer support via phone, email, and (video) chat.
  • Assist customers with product questions and guide them confidently through the ordering process.
  • Handle inquiries, returns, and complaints while ensuring accurate, detailed case documentation.
  • Coordinate with logistics partners to maintain smooth and transparent delivery processes.
  • Maintain customer data and contribute to process improvements that elevate service quality.

What You’ll Bring

  • Fluent German (C1) and good English skills (B1) for effective communication with customers and colleagues.
  • 1–2 years of customer service experience, ideally in e-commerce or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills with a solution-oriented, empathetic approach.
  • Enjoyment of a dynamic, collaborative environment with a strong service mindset.
  • Excellent organizational abilities and openness to learning new systems and tools.
