Tasks
- Develop and execute the sales strategy for the Chilean market, using trends, customer feedback, and local insights to define action plans in close collaboration with the Country Manager and cross-functional teams.
- Own the entire sales pipeline, from proactive lead generation to closing complex, high-value deals, ensuring a seamless post-sale experience that drives long-term customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Design and implement scalable sales processes and playbooks, ensuring alignment with business goals and continuous improvement based on data and performance analysis.
- Lead, mentor, and empower the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture through training, coaching, and setting clear objectives that drive both individual and collective success.
- Drive market expansion by identifying new business opportunities, key segments, and partnerships (e.g., with architects, designers, developers) that enhance brand reach and revenue growth.
- Analyze and optimize key sales metrics such as pipeline velocity, conversion rates, AOV, and upsell performance, using data to inform strategic decisions and prioritize initiatives.
- Plan and oversee high-impact sales events and exhibitions, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and generating qualified leads to support pipeline health.
- Provide strategic market and competitive intelligence to inform pricing, product positioning, and go-to-market strategies.Ensure CRM excellence, maintaining accurate and detailed records of pipeline activities, forecasting, and customer interactions to enable transparency and operational efficiency
Requirements
- Extensive experience in high-value B2C sales, ideally in premium or design-driven industries, with a proven track record in closing complex deals and shaping sales strategies.
- 8+ years in sales management, including leadership experience guiding teams and driving strategic growth initiatives.
- Native in Spanish and strong English skills (C1), with excellent communication across internal and external stakeholders.
- Expertise in consultative and value-based selling, with strong negotiation skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Analytical mindset, comfortable tracking KPIs, optimizing pipeline performance, and making data-backed decisions.
- Proven team leadership, including coaching, mentoring, and enabling high-performance sales cultures.
- Experience in market expansion and partnership development, with a strategic approach to identifying and seizing growth opportunities.
- Comfortable leading trade shows, exhibitions, and high-visibility sales events aligned with brand and revenue goals.
- Proficiency in CRM and digital sales tools, with a focus on clean data and operational excellence.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, adaptable and proactive in fast-paced, scaling environments.
