Compliance Officer - Global PSP (UK-based)

We’re on a mission to connect businesses and consumers through secure, inclusive, and scalable payment solutions—and we’re looking for a Compliance Officer to help us stay ahead of evolving regulations while maintaining operational integrity.

• Lead and maintain our regulatory compliance program
• Research new and existing laws affecting the business; implement required policy updates
• Advise senior leadership on risk and compliance strategy
• Draft, review, and maintain compliance policies and procedures
• Liaise with regulators and support license applications (where applicable)
• Prepare compliance and risk reports for internal stakeholders
• Track audits, risk assessments, and remediation actions
• Strengthen internal controls and continuously improve compliance processes

• 3+ years in compliance within fintech, payments, or financial services
• Exposure to 2nd level of defence
• Strong grasp of UK financial regulations
• Experience drafting policies and dealing directly with regulators (a big plus!)
• Relevant certifications (ICA, ACAMS, etc.) preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, or Business
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and confident communicator
• Able to work independently while collaborating across teams
