Location: Doral Miami FL 33122
Schedule: Full-Time

We are seeking a reliable, organized, and bilingual professional fluent in English and Spanish to assist with customer service, order processing, and warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor pending orders and follow up on outstanding items.

• Communicate with customers by phone and email.

• Assist walk-in customers at the retail counter.

• Maintain accurate order records and documentation.

• Help pack, label, and prepare shipments.

• Occasionally drive a company vehicle for deliveries and pickups.

• Maintain an organized and efficient work environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Approximately 2 years of experience in customer service, order processing, or order fulfillment.

• Fluency in English and Spanish.

• Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.

• Basic computer skills, including email and order management systems.

• Valid driver's license and ability to meet company vehicle insurance requirements.

• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently and with a team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with inventory management or order processing software.

• Experience preparing and coordinating customer orders.
