**Route Sales Representative – $50K Total Compensation**  
**Base Salary: $35K + $5 Per Pair Sold** _(Over 3,000 pairs sold last year!)_

We're looking for a motivated, customer-focused **Route Sales Representative** to drive our Mobile Shoe Showroom and deliver excellent service while promoting top-quality footwear.

## Tasks

🛠 **Key Responsibilities:**

*   Drive and operate a 24ft box truck (must be 21+ with valid license)
*   Load and unload inventory daily
*   Visit pre-scheduled client locations to sell shoes directly from the mobile unit
*   Recommend products like insoles and socks to maximize each sale
*   Perform light admin tasks: scan and upload orders, track inventory
*   Maintain truck appearance and follow basic housekeeping tasks
*   Coordinate future sales routes with store manager
*   Perform basic truck maintenance through approved vendors

## Requirements

✅ **What You Need:**

*   1–3 years of relevant experience (sales, mobile retail, or similar)
*   Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
*   Basic computer knowledge
*   Ability to lift 50 lbs, bend, squat, and stand for long periods 
*   Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to drive a 24ft box truck

*   Experience in mobile or retail footwear sales
*   Passion for building relationships and growing accounts
*   Willingness to travel (some overnight trips required)
