We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to oversee the company’s technology infrastructure, ensure robust data security, and optimize the digital tools that power operations. This position plays a strategic role in planning, implementing, and maintaining technology solutions in partnership with a Managed Service Provider (MSP). The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with strong leadership skills to align IT initiatives with business objectives.
Tasks
Key Responsibilities
Technical & Infrastructure Management
- Oversee daily IT operations, working closely with the company’s MSP to ensure optimal performance of networks, systems, and servers.
- Ensure data security, backup, and recovery processes are consistently maintained.
- Manage internal IT staff as well as external consultants.
Cybersecurity & Compliance
- Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures, including firewalls, antivirus, and encryption protocols.
- Proactively monitor for security breaches and respond to incidents.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and industry standards.
System Development & Integration
- Align IT projects and initiatives with business goals in collaboration with executive leadership.
- Oversee system development, updates, and integrations across software applications and e-commerce platforms.
- Manage ERP, CRM, and inventory management systems to support operational efficiency.
Vendor & Budget Management
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with IT vendors and service providers.
- Negotiate IT-related contracts and agreements.
- Manage and monitor IT budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness.
Team Leadership & Support
- Lead, mentor, and develop IT team members.
- Provide technical guidance and training to staff across departments.
- Establish and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management or related leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of network architecture, hardware, and software systems.
- Experience with ERP, CRM, e-commerce platforms, and inventory management systems.
- Proficiency in cybersecurity frameworks and compliance standards.
- Proven leadership, project management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Working Conditions
