We are looking for a talented creative producer with a keen eye for detail and a passion for producing content at a high velocity.
Tasks
Research & Conceptualization: Conduct research and conceptualization to develop performance marketing hypotheses and creative strategies based on client goals and audience insights.
Creative Brief Development: Create detailed creative briefs for copywriters, designers, and motion designers, ensuring alignment with client expectations and creative hypotheses.
Production Coordination: Coordinate the production process, including static, video, and HTML5 formats, ensuring all assets are prepared for client review and final delivery.
Review & Feedback: Review and provide feedback on creative outputs, ensuring alignment with performance goals and creative hypotheses before client submission.
Asset Delivery Management: Manage delivery of final creative assets through platforms such as PG APP and Google Drive, ensuring proper file naming and accessibility.
Requirements
Proven Experience: 5 years proven experience in creative production, including video production, motion design, and static design.
Proficiency in Creative Tools: Proficiency in using creative tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and HTML5 design software.
Understanding of Creative Strategy: Strong understanding of creative strategy, including research, conceptualization, hypothesis development, and client alignment processes.
Project Management Skills: Ability to manage projects using bottleneck-first workflows to prioritize tasks and minimize delays.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills for providing clear briefs and feedback to designers, creators, and clients.
