Tasks
Develop Creative Strategies: Use Paintgun's Ads DNA framework to create data-driven concepts that boost ad performance across platforms.
Manage Client Communications: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are understood, addressed, and met with excellence. Provide regular updates, reports, and performance insights.
Coordinate Creative Production: Work closely with creators, copywriters, designers, and motion developers to ensure timely delivery of ad creatives. Identify and resolve production bottlenecks or issues swiftly.
Facilitate Feedback Loops: Collect and relay client feedback to internal teams, ensuring actionable insights are implemented effectively to optimize creative output.
Identify Growth Opportunities: Analyze client performance metrics and identify areas where additional creative support or strategic adjustments could accelerate growth.
Requirements
Proven Client Management Experience: At least 3 years of experience in client-facing roles within a creative agency or performance marketing environment.
Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to clearly convey complex information to clients and internal teams, ensuring everyone stays aligned and informed.
Problem-Solving Mindset: Strong ability to identify creative production issues and resolve them quickly to maintain workflow efficiency.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to spot growth opportunities for clients by analyzing performance data and proposing creative or strategic improvements.
