Warehouse Operations Specialist - Chinese Speaking

To support this growth, we are looking for a Transport Manager who will be instrumental in ensuring our operations comply with Dutch transport regulations while optimizing efficiency and service quality.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in the management of daily activities at the distribution center to ensure smooth operations and timely execution of tasks.
• Assist in overseeing on-site logistics operations, including organizing transfer batches and monitoring workflows to improve operational efficiency.
• Support the identification and resolution of operational issues, such as inventory discrepancies or delays in shipment schedules, to minimize risk and reduce costs.
• Collect and analyze data related to logistics operations and make actionable improvement recommendations based on observed issues.
• Assist in the management and support of transportation personnel, create a positive work environment and increase team engagement.
• Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders, including warehouse staff and external contractors, to ensure operations are aligned with business goals.

Job Requirements:

• 0-2 years of operational management experience, preferably in a logistics or distribution center environment.
• Must be fluent in Chinese, familiarity with Dutch warehouse operations preferred.
• Strong leadership skills, able to effectively guide and motivate a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze data to develop improvement strategies.
• Effective communication skills to build and maintain professional relationships with independent contractors.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
