Now, we need an exceptional Growth Marketing Manager to help us position Optiml as the leading force in global real estate transformation.
Key Objectives
As Growth Marketing Manager, your core focus will be:
✅ Establishing "Real Estate Decision Intelligence" (REDI) as a recognized global category
✅ Driving qualified inbound lead generation and increasing customer conversion rates
✅ Shortening sales cycles by implementing high-impact growth strategies
✅ Spearheading global thought leadership and strategic partnerships
✅ Scaling our brand presence across key international markets

Who You Are
You are a self-starter, a strategic thinker, and an execution powerhouse. You have a passion for AI, sustainability, and real estate innovation, and you're excited by the opportunity to shape a global brand from the ground up.
✅ You Have:
✔ 3-5 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing or growth marketing in an early-stage company
✔ MBA / Business and/ or Consulting background
✔ Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling products across international markets (in part. DACH and UK)
✔ Expertise in SEO, Google Analytics, digital advertising and tools (e.g., CRM (HubSpot))
✔ Strong storytelling and content creation skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging for different customer personas
✔ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German
✔ A sense for design and corresponding toolkit (e.g., Figma, MS-Office), being able to coordinate creation of sales & marketing material together with external suppliers
✔ A hands-on, execution-driven approach with a hunger to scale a high-growth tech startup
✔ Swiss or EU citizenship (unfortunately due to size, we can’t support non-EU).
🚀 Bonus Skills:
➕ Experience in Real Estate, CleanTech, or PropTech but open to other sectors
➕ Experience working with industry bodies (ULI, RICS, GRESB) and sustainability-focused organizations is a plus
➕ Experience running high-impact PR campaigns and securing media coverage
➕ Knowledge of AI-driven marketing strategies and automation tools
