## Tasks

*   Implementation, configuration, operation, support, and documentation of Linux-related hardware and software
*   Security management and configuration
*   Administration and maintenance of activity and security logs for Linux systems
*   Management of backup and recovery of applications and data in case of disaster, ensuring data integrity within and across platforms
*   File transfers using Bash scripts
*   Project assignments at an international client company

*   Durchführung von Dateiübertragungen mittels Bash-Skripten
*   Projektmitarbeit bei einem internationalen Kundenunternehmen

## Requirements

*   Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable vocational qualification with relevant professional experience
*   Career changers with experience and a STEM background are also welcome
*   Ability to independently analyze and implement requirements
*   Strong commitment and customer orientation
*   Self-motivation, teamwork skills, and flexibility
*   Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
*   Solid knowledge of Suse Linux, VMWare, and Docker environments
*   Several years of experience in managing business-critical systems
*   Experience in operating HDS, NetApp, and IBM Spectrum Protect
*   Advantageous: experience in administering relational databases and MS Windows Server
