We are hiring for an owner-operated IT services company with over 20 years of experience supporting SMEs such as accountants, doctors, and lawyers. The team specializes in IT security, project management, and infrastructure, with a mission to build strong partnerships and a network of mutual support. Tasks
- Plan, implement, and develop IT infrastructure projects.
- Administer and maintain systems in Microsoft and/or Linux environments.
- Install, develop, and support customer IT environments.
- Provide remote and on-site technical support to clients.
- Assist the sales team during the pre-sales phase with technical input.
- Design and set up cloud-based solutions and projects.
- Configure and optimize hardware and software systems.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in IT administration or infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge of IT systems, servers, Exchange, SQL, Azure, and Microsoft 365.
- German (B2) and English (C1) proficiency.
- IT-related degree prefered
- Team-oriented, analytical, reliable, and solution-focused.
- Strong communication skills and commitment to the company.
