Your Mission
As a pivotal bridge between Oper and our enterprise customers, your mission will be to translate business and functional requirements towards user stories and high quality software together together with your squad.
Your role & responsibilities:
Functional & Business Analysis:
Understand customer needs and business objectives and translate business requirements into clear functional specifications and user stories for the engineering team.
Technical Analysis for integrations points
Review technical API documentation and work with the engineering team to identify and define integration points between systems.
Cross-Team collaboration:
Act as a liaison between customers, engineering, and QA teams and facilitate effective communication to ensure project goals are met on time and with high quality.
Workshop organization & facilitation:
Plan and lead workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements, brainstorm solutions, and align on objectives. Ensure productive outcomes from workshops by managing expectations and documenting decisions.
Stakeholder Management:
Engage with key stakeholders on the client side throughout the project lifecycle.
Delivering Best-in-Class Solutions:
Maintain a focus on delivering high-quality software that meets or exceeds customer expectations and continuously seek ways to improve our products and processes.
