We are seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our dynamic team and play a key role in driving our business growth by connecting with target accounts and booking high-quality meetings.

This is a fully remote role ideal for a proactive and tech-savvy individual looking to grow their career in business development. (This is a Junior role for only candidates are resident in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia)

Tasks

  • Identify and connect with key decision-makers in target accounts through email, phone, and LinkedIn channels.
  • Utilize tools like Apollo, HubSpot, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to build and manage a high-quality prospect pipeline.
  • Book a high volume of qualified meetings each month and ensure smooth handoffs to the sales team.
  • Effectively communicate Omtera's value propositions and solutions to prospects, focusing on their specific needs and challenges.
  • Conduct initial qualification of leads to ensure alignment with our ideal customer profile.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and improve performance.

Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in tools like Apollo, HubSpot, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Familiarity with modern outreach methods and strategies for high-volume lead generation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
  • Previous experience in a BDR/SDR role is a plus.
