We are seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our dynamic team and play a key role in driving our business growth by connecting with target accounts and booking high-quality meetings.
This is a fully remote role ideal for a proactive and tech-savvy individual looking to grow their career in business development. (This is a Junior role for only candidates are resident in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia)
Tasks
- Identify and connect with key decision-makers in target accounts through email, phone, and LinkedIn channels.
- Utilize tools like Apollo, HubSpot, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to build and manage a high-quality prospect pipeline.
- Book a high volume of qualified meetings each month and ensure smooth handoffs to the sales team.
- Effectively communicate Omtera's value propositions and solutions to prospects, focusing on their specific needs and challenges.
- Conduct initial qualification of leads to ensure alignment with our ideal customer profile.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and improve performance.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in tools like Apollo, HubSpot, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Familiarity with modern outreach methods and strategies for high-volume lead generation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
- Previous experience in a BDR/SDR role is a plus.
