We are seeking an exceptional Senior Full-Stack Engineer who thrives in an agile environment. You will develop end-to-end innovative, scalable solutions that empower our AI products to transform the future of marketing and sales.

Key Responsibilities

1. Backend Development:

• Develop and maintain scalable, secure APIs and services using JavaScript/TypeScript with Node.js and related frameworks (e.g., Express, NestJS).
• Optimize SQL and NoSQL database interactions and performance.

2. Frontend Development:

• Build and maintain high-performance React applications following modern best practices.

3. AI Integration:

• Collaborate with AI experts to embed machine learning models and data pipelines into our products using Python.

4. Quality Assurance & Maintenance:

• Enforce coding standards, develop automated tests, and support continuous integration workflows.
• Monitor application performance, debug issues, and fine-tune solutions for efficiency and maintainability.

Your Talent & Profile

Educational Background: A degree in software engineering or a comparable field, or equivalent professional experience.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English, C1 level or higher) with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical.

Working Style: Highly flexible, self-motivated, and comfortable working both independently and within a team.

Bonus Skills:

• Hands-on experience with Node-RED for designing and managing workflows.
• Hands-on experience as Solution Architect.
• Hands-on experience as Engineering Lead to manage the backlog, break down high-level epics into detailed tasks, assign work to developers.
