Tasks
Your Commitment will include
- Delivering functional consulting services focused on SAP HCM modules including Payroll (PY), Personnel Administration (PA), Time Management (PT), and SuccessFactors Learning (LMS).
- Performing full-cycle SAP configuration tasks related to schemas, cycles, valuations, and declarations.
- Supporting and executing project-based and operational enhancements within SAP environments.
- Leading or contributing to Learning Management System (LMS) project implementations and providing ongoing support.
- Managing post-payroll configuration, including DSN (Déclaration Sociale Nominative), accounting interface, and statutory declarations.
- Collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams and clients to ensure deliverables align with both technical and business needs.
Requirements
Achieving the difference requires
- Strong SAP HCM functional expertise in Payroll (PY), Personnel Administration (PA), and Time Management (PT).
- Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors Learning configuration and support.
- In-depth understanding of French payroll processes, including DSN and post-payroll handling (language not mandatory, knowledge preferred).
- Proficiency in both project and support environments, with hands-on configuration capabilities.
- Excellent communication in English (mandatory), with French considered an advantage.
- Independent and solution-driven mindset with a high level of accountability.
