Your Commitment will include

• Define digitization requirements with stakeholders.
• Develop and implement digitization workflows.
• Set up and manage digitization processes.
• Ensure quality and accuracy of digitized documents.
• Import and configure documents into systems like Capitastra and Intercapi.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders and technical teams.
• Create clear process documentation.
• Optimize digitization and import processes.

Achieving the difference requires

• Swiss Certificate of Competence (CFC) in IT or a related field.
• Alternatively, enrollment in a relevant Bachelor’s program at institutions such as: HES (Haute École Spécialisée), EPF (École Polytechnique Fédérale) Or an equivalent institution.
• Strong analytical abilities for effective workflow and process assessment.
• Familiarity with digitization technologies and system integration.
• Proficiency in defining and implementing document digitization processes.
• Experience in importing and configuring digitized documents into core applications like Capitastra and Intercapi.
• Practical experience with tools such as Capitastra and Intercapi, integral to land registry systems.
• In-depth knowledge of tools and technologies used for digitizing documents.
• Proven ability to integrate digitized records into electronic systems efficiently.
