We're Ofri, a team of 10 dedicated individuals, and we're looking for a motivated French-speaking Cold Calling Specialist to help drive project acquisition and connect a wide range of craftsmen with new opportunities on our platform.

Tasks

Role Overview

As the Cold Calling Specialist, your role will be critical to helping the team expand into new territory and capture new leads. You will focus your efforts on cold outreach to potential customers, and be motivated by the world of sales. This role is a part-time fully-remote role, perfect for people who need a flexible time schedule.

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and contact by cold calling and cold emailing new and existing leads who can benefit from Ofri.
  • Manage our lead generation and the processes for recording and evaluating key figures.
  • Collaborate with our support and marketing teams to expand our sales channel.
  • Research business development opportunities and succinctly share key findings with the team.
  • Communicate with new and existing customers and identify their needs.
  • Qualify new projects by calling and verifying project details.
  • Perform quality and satisfaction checks to ensure a great match between the customer and the tradesperson.
  • Update documentation for the sales channel.

Requirements

  • Experience in a sales environment with cold calling.
  • Native French speaker and C1 level of English.
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree (we’re open to various fields of study).
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience with handling objections, buyer research, and negotiation.
  • You are proactive and self-motivated.
  • Highly organized and know how to manage your time well.
  • Ability to use and learn various technologies, such as Google and Microsoft Suite, Slack, Trello, Confluence, etc.
  • Nice to have: experience in the construction industry; you have used our online platform; or you are a handyworker yourself!
