Tasks
- You drive the strategic development and execution of online marketing initiatives.
- Lead and inspire your team to create and manage impactful digital marketing campaigns across channels like SEA, SEO, Meta, email, and mobile.
- You optimize SEO strategies and oversee website updates to ensure top performance and user experience.
- Utilize analytics tools to monitor, adjust, and report on campaign and website performance, always guided by key KPIs.
- You craft compelling content for various platforms to attract and retain customers effectively.
- Stay ahead of digital trends and emerging technologies to continuously enhance marketing strategies.
- You oversee the entire customer lifecycle, creating tailored campaigns and ensuring the accuracy of customer data through robust data analysis.
- Build strong customer relationships with personalized communication and actionable insights derived from data trends.
- Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and CRM teams to align strategies with overall business objectives.
- You professionally manage and develop the online marketing team, fostering a high-performing and motivated environment.
Requirements
We are delighted if:
- You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or Business.
- Professional certifications such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, or HubSpot Content Marketing are a plus.
- You bring 5+ years of experience in online marketing, focusing on conversion, acquisition, CRM/retention, and maximizing player lifetime value.
- 5+ years of experience in the Online Gaming sector have equipped you with deep industry insights.
- You have proven expertise in administering and configuring CRM systems, including custom objects, flows, and permissions.
- Your knowledge of PAM Software (Player Account Management Platforms) and CRM administration ensures a seamless player journey.
- You demonstrate highly numerical and analytical skills, paired with a systematic, solution-oriented approach.
- You excel at project management and have strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Fluent in English and German, you have excellent proficiency in MS Office tools and a strong sense of responsibility and loyalty.
