[NDK] ERP Administrator - NetSuite

We are looking for an experienced NetSuite Administrator to manage, optimize and develop our ERP environment. This position is support and production oriented, under the management of a manager in direct contact with users.

• Administer and maintain the NetSuite instance, including roles, permissions and configurations.
• Configure and optimize workflows.
• Develop and maintain Dashboards and Saved Searchs.
• Manage integrations with other systems (website, Marketplace, financial tools, etc.).
• Participate in NetSuite updates, regression testing and adoption of new features.
• Write and maintain NetSuite process and configuration documentation.
• Ensure NetSuite compliance and data security.
• Carry out technical and administrative tasks required for ERP maintenance and operation.
• Automate tasks and optimize platform performance.
• Provide second-level support to resolve complex incidents in collaboration with functional teams.
• Track and execute modification requests according to business needs.

• Proven experience in NetSuite administration
• Excellent command of NetSuite modules (Finance, Supply Chain, etc.).
• Experience with API integration and other platforms (Jitterbit, Celigo, Boomi, etc.) is an asset.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex problems.
• Ability to work independently and execute assigned tasks efficiently.
• Thoroughness and attention to detail to ensure ERP reliability and stability.
• Professional English required. Any additional language is a plus.
• Interest for snowboarding or outdoor sports is preferred.
