Tasks
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Actively sourcing and prospecting new customers to generate new business within the semiconductor industry
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with market trends and customer needs.
- Sales Execution: Collaborating with internal teams to execute trades and organize orders
Requirements
- 3-5 years of successful sales experience, preferably in semiconductor or similar industries.
- A bachelor’s degree in business management, Sales Management, or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Proven success in sales, including cold calling, relationship building, and exceeding high sales KPIs.
- A great understanding of market trends, pricing dynamics, and competitive landscape is preferred.
- Familiarity with global supply chains, sourcing strategies, and logistics is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Great understanding of different cultural nuances and business practices to help facilitate effective communication and relationship building is a must
- Fluency in English and German, both written and verbal. Additional European languages are a plus.
