Tasks

  • Respond to and resolve user tickets and phone calls
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot software, hardware, and network issues
  • Provide support for Windows operating systems and Office 365 applications
  • Perform basic Active Directory user management tasks
  • Assist with basic network and VoIP phone system issues
  • Install and configure Windows operating systems on workstations and laptops
  • Install, update, and troubleshoot software applications
  • Document all support interactions and solutions
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate IT teams

Requirements

  • 1-2 years working experience in similar roles
  • Proficiency in Windows 11 and 10 operating systems
  • Experience with Office 365 suite
  • Basic knowledge of Active Directory user management
  • Fundamental understanding of networking concepts
  • Basic knowledge of VoIP systems, particularly Cisco phones
  • Experience in Windows operating system installation and configuration
  • Familiarity with software installation, deployment, and troubleshooting
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Customer service-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft certifications)
  • Experience with ticketing systems
  • Knowledge of IT security best practices
  • Familiarity with automated software deployment tools
