The workplace is being reimagined. For some companies the workspaces become physical destinations that add value to their employee’s work. Others define the workplace as a phygital (physical+digital) environment to stimulate collaboration, creation and performance.

The definition of workforce is a broader concept. The workforce can no longer be understood as the traditional employee/employer relationship. We are talking about people working fully remote or in hybrid models (partially working from home). They can also be individuals working in part-time, contract or freelance positions.
