Technical Customer Care Manager (m/f) International

• First point of contact for customers and prospective buyers for one of our International (French, Italian or Spanish) online shops for puchasing windows and doors
• Answer inquiries by phone, email and live chat
• Process orders and provide customer support throughout the entire order lifecycle
• Handle questions, returns and complaints
• Communicate with external partners, service providers and suppliers
• Work closely with the Business Development and Logistics departments

• Commercial professional with a technical background in the window industry or a certified wood technician, master glazier, or window technician
• Previous experience in window construction or the window trade is required
• Strong communication skills and a high level of organizational talent
• Reliability, resilience, and the ability to work well in a team
• Skilled in MS Office
• Proficiency in either German or English is a must
• Fluency in at least one of the following languages: Italian, Spanish or French
