How You'll Make an Impact:

• Analyze and monitor sales performance, KPIs, and profitability for our brands NEONAIL and Staylac.
• Develop and implement category strategies to drive growth and increase market share.
• Recommend pricing, placement, and promotional strategies based on data-driven insights.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to optimize product assortment and promotional activities.
• Prepare regular reports on sales and category performance, including actionable insights.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Identify market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.

What You Bring

• Proven experience in sales controlling and/or category management, ideally in the beauty or FMCG sector
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset
• Ability to design and execute effective category strategies
• Solid understanding of market trends and consumer behavior
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Proficiency in preparing reports and presentations
• High attention to detail with a strong focus on data accuracy
• Self-motivated, structured, and results-oriented working style
• Extensive knowledge of Excel and other analytical tools (e.g., Power BI, SAP, etc.)
• Fluent in German and English (spoken and written) is a must, Polish is a plus.
