We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist (m/w/d) to join our People team and take the lead in recruitment. In this role, you’ll take ownership of talent acquisition, employer branding and onboarding, shaping how we attract, hire, and welcome new team members. We are confident you will be the ultimate ambassador for our employer brand.
Tasks
What You Will Do:
- Lead Recruitment: Be the owner of the entire recruitment journey, from crafting job descriptions to sourcing, screening, interviewing, and making offers.
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Partner with team leads to understand hiring needs, provide strategic guidance, and provide insights and guidance on the best recruitment approaches.
- Leverage Data: Track key recruitment metrics and use data to improve hiring processes.
- Promote Employer Brand: Be a storyteller for our mission, culture, and values, inspiring candidates with what makes us unique. Launch creative employer branding initiatives to strengthen our presence and make us a choice for our future colleagues.
- Manage Onboarding: Coordinate onboarding experiences that help new hires feel valued, connected, and prepared to succeed.
- Support HR Projects: Contribute to programs that boost employee engagement, development, and workplace culture.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a recruiter (2+ years), with a track record of driving successful hiring processes for commercial roles such as sales and marketing;
- Strong sourcing skills to attract talents and proficient use of HRMS tools like BambooHR to manage recruitment processes effectively.
- Passion for employer branding and building a strong connection with candidates.
- An organized, data-driven mindset with a talent for identifying trends and improving processes.
- A creative and agile approach to problem-solving and innovation, adapting quickly to our fast-paced, scale-up environment.
- Strong communication skills in English (German is a plus) and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence.
