As an Advisor, you are the link between our customers and the compliance process. You ensure that customer documentation is correct, complete, and meets regulatory standards. This is not a high call-volume role, it’s about accuracy, professionalism, and clear communication.

What will you do?

• Review and process customer documentation in line with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Reach out to customers via outbound calls to clarify or request documentation.
• Guide customers through submission and verification processes with empathy and professionalism.
• Identify irregularities or potential fraud and escalate cases when necessary.
• Work closely with Compliance, Risk, and Customer Support teams.
• Share feedback and contribute to improving internal processes.

Your Profile:

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information responsibly.
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch or French and English (native or near-native level).
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Comfortable working with computer systems and various software applications.
• Experience with compliance or documentation processes is a plus.
