We are currently looking for a Customer Support Agent (m/f/d) for our Dutch market.

Naturida is a young and dynamic e-commerce company based in Berlin. Our focus is on the development of innovative cosmetics, wellness and health brands.

To continue growing, we are immediately looking for support in the Dutch Customer Success Team.

As a Customer Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers through e-mail and chat delivering the best possible experience.

• Answering customer inquiries by e-mail and chat in a timely, personal, and professional manner that exceeds the customers´expectations
• Keeping our FAQs up to date.
• Translate various texts from German or English into Dutch.
• Keep an eye on customer feedback and help us build our community.

• You are fluent in Dutch. Good level in German is a plus.
