Product Manager - Platform (m/f/x)

We are looking for a dynamic and result driven Product Manager (m/f/x) to support the development and optimization of the operational systems behind our co-ownership offering. In this role, you will work closely with product leads, operations and engineering to help improve how we acquire, launch, manage and operate vacation properties through technology. You’ll help shape key platform features and processes that ensure a smooth and scalable customer experience.

Platform Development Support:

• Contribute to building and optimizing the platform that supports our end-to-end operations - from property acquisition and launch to owner experience and management
• Help identify and scope new opportunities to enhance platform capabilities and user experience, aligned with business and stakeholder needs

Product Execution:

• Support the development of platform features and tools (e.g. dashboards, booking tools, co-owner management features)
• Assist in refining product requirements and collaborating with design and engineering to ensure solutions are intuitive and user-centered
• Manage smaller product initiatives or parts of larger projects from ideation through launch and iteration

Operational Process Optimization:

• Help analyze current workflows and support initiatives to improve efficiency through automation and technology
• Work with operations to understand pain points and translate them into product improvements

Data and KPIs

• Support product decision-making through data analysis, user feedback and KPI tracking
• Assist in setting up tracking for new features and help evaluate product success through measurable outcomes

Collaboration and Communication:

• Work cross-functionally with teams such as operations, acquisition and asset management to ensure alignment
• Clearly communicate progress, findings and priorities within the product team and to key stakeholders

• Product Management Experience: 2+ years in product management or in a product-related role, ideally in tech-enabled services, platforms or operationally complex environments like real estate, prop tech or hospitality
• Execution Focus: A proactive and structured way of working, with a focus on delivering impact
• Automation Experience: Proficiency in utilizing AI, no-code tools, and software to enhance automation levels
• Analytical Skills: Comfortable working with data to make informed decisions. Familiarity with tools like Excel, SQL, Looker or GA is a plus
• Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
• Strategic Thinking: Expertise in developing and executing growth strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Technical Proficiency: You enjoy working with tech teams and learning about tools like APIs and automation platforms (e.g. no-code tools)Communication: Strong verbal and written communication in English and German
