Senior Product Manager - Platform (m/f/x)

We are looking for a dynamic and result driven Senior Product Manager - Platform (m/f/x) to take over our initiatives in regard to the operational system (platform) behind our co-ownership offering. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies improving all operations related to property acquisition, property launch, co-owner operations, and property management with the help of technology. Your role will be crucial in managing and optimizing the processes and automations that keep our operations running smoothly and scaling effectively. You will collaborate closely with engineering, operations, and product teams to ensure the platform’s success and continuous improvement. • Platform Strategy Development:
• Define and execute a comprehensive strategy for the platform to support the scaling and optimization of operational processes.
• Identify and prioritize high-impact initiatives to enhance platform functionality and efficiency.
• Product Development and Optimization:
• Drive the development and enhancement of platform-related product features and tools.
• Identify and implement product improvements to enhance user experience and increase process efficiency and customer experience rates.
• Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of platform initiatives, from ideation to implementation and evaluation.
• Process Optimisation:
• Analyze and streamline processes related to property acquisition, property launch, co-owner operations, and property management.
• Implement automation solutions to improve efficiency and reduce manual efforts.
• Performance Tracking, Data Analysis and KPI Tracking:
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of platform initiatives.
• Conduct data analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
• Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of platform projects from ideation to implementation and evaluation.
• Collaboration and Communication:
• Partner with operations, acquisition, asset management and product teams to align customer success efforts with broader company goals and ensure seamless execution.
• Prepare and present regular reports on performance to senior management and stakeholders.
• Communicate plans, progress, and outcomes effectively across the organization.
• Advocate for platform initiatives and foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

• Product Management Experience: 3+ years in product management with a focus on platform development and initiatives, driving process improvement, process automation, customer activation, retention, and revenue ideally in B2C or SMB environments with complex operations. Domain expertise in real estate, prop tech and/or hospitality is a plus.
• Execution Focus: Results-driven with a strong focus on execution and getting things done.
• Automation Experience: Proficiency in utilizing AI, no-code tools, and software to enhance automation levels.
• Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, Excel, Google Analytics, Looker, Mixpanel, …) and A/B testing, using data to drive decisions.
• Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
• Strategic Thinking: Expertise in developing and executing growth strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and software development processes.
• Leadership: Experience leading cross-functional teams and excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus) to influence stakeholders. Proven ability to mentor team members and foster a high-performance culture.Budget Management: Experience managing budgets and demonstrating ROI.
