Team Assistant Society & Congress Services (f/m/x)

The European Society of Radiology (ESR) is a non-political and non-profit organisation dedicated to strengthening and uniting European Radiology. With more than 135,000 members worldwide, it has become the largest radiological society that organises one of the most innovative scientific congresses in this field, the European Congress of Radiology (ECR), in Vienna.

We are looking for a committed full-time team member (38.5 hours) to support our Subspecialty Society & Congress Services team as a temporary replacement (at least 1 year).

• Office and society support (scheduling and organising meetings, data administration and file management)
• Assistance with organisation of annual congress, workshops and webinars (including onsite support)
• Correspondence with members, board members and participants
• Preparation and promotion of print and digital media (incl. coordination of design process)
• Marketing and communication (e.g. website, social media, mailings)

• Excellent command of English language (at least C1)
• Very good MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience as a Team Assistant is a benefit
• Ability to work in a team as well as independently
• Strong organisational skills
• Willingness to travel (within Europe)

The monthly gross salary for this job vacancy (38,5h) is at least € 2,300.00 (14 times per year). The final salary depends on your relevant experience and qualifications and can be negotiated.
