Our core business is to design and develop innovative software solutions for gaming and sports betting operators.
Over the years, the Company has acquired solid experience in Africa.
Their solutions are indeed used in many countries including Gabon, Guinea, Cameroon, Mali and Angola, and they have a support team based in Abidjan, Ivory Coast.
Tasks
- Set up, test, and deploy igaming promotions, ensuring a smooth and engaging player experience.
- Develop and implement bonus structures and promotional campaigns to maximize player engagement.
- Conduct economic analysis and reports to optimize efficiency and ensure profitability.
- Monitor KPIs (bonus costs, conversion rates, wagering activity, ROI) to continuously improve performance.
- Research and analyse industry trends, competitor promotions, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate with CRM, marketing, and product teams to align promotions with user segmentation and player lifecycle strategies.
- Work closely with finance and risk teams to balance promotional impact and prevent bonus abuse.
- Create reports and post-campaign analyses to identify areas for improvement and new growth opportunities.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in creating promotions, bonuses, or CRM communications within iGaming.
- Bilingual in Portuguese (first language) and Spanish, fluent English - written and spoken
- Eligible to work either in Malta, France (Nantes, Paris), Portugal (Lisbon) or fully remote from EU.
- Strong understanding of bonus mechanics, wagering requirements, and player incentives.
- Experience with casino/sportsbook platforms, CRM tools, and bonus management systems.
- Proficiency in data analytics tools to track bonus performance
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (finance, product, and marketing).
- Strong understanding of risk management and anti-fraud practices related to bonuses
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a hands-on and analytical approach.
