Tasks
- Develop and implement processes to establish compliance with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 requirements, laying the foundation for an effective Quality Management System (QMS).
- Conduct gap analyses to identify non-conformities and design corrective actions to align with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards.
- Lead the development, documentation, and deployment of QMS processes and procedures tailored to organizational needs.
- Coordinate and oversee internal and external audits to validate compliance with ISO 9001/IATF 16949 and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Provide training and guidance to teams across the organization to foster a deep understanding of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 principles and requirements.
- Collaborate with product development, safety, and operational teams to integrate quality requirements seamlessly into workflows.
- Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the effectiveness of implemented processes and drive continuous improvement.
- Promote a culture of quality and operational excellence across all levels of the organization.
- Maintain thorough documentation and records to demonstrate compliance and facilitate successful audits.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in quality management, with a good track record of achieving and maintaining ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 certification.
- Expertise in designing and implementing processes to meet ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 requirements.
- Strong knowledge of core quality tools, including FMEA, 8D, etc.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly in root cause analysis and corrective action development.
- Fluent in spoken and written English, with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative and team-oriented mindset, with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
Would be a plus
- Familiarity with other automotive quality standards or frameworks.
- Experience in the automotive or autonomous driving industry.
- German language skills.
