We’re looking for a sharp, organized, and proactive Product Launch Manager to lead the coordination of ecommerce product launches across our Shopify store. You’ll be the key driver ensuring launches happen on time, details don’t slip, and cross-functional teams stay aligned.
This isn’t just a task-ticking role — we want someone who can take ownership, think logically, flag issues early, and bring creative solutions when things get messy.
Tasks
- End-to-end project management of product launches, from pre-launch planning to post-launch wrap-ups.
- Collaborate with Product Development, Marketing, Content, and Finance teams to align timelines and deliverables.
- Manage and maintain launch blueprints, checklists, and SOPs — ensuring each launch is organized and nothing gets missed.
- Create and maintain project timelines and drive accountability with internal + external collaborators.
- Track progress, spot roadblocks, and solve problems before they become bottlenecks.
- Coordinate updates in Shopify — product listings, assets, pricing, etc. (not necessarily executing everything, but managing it all gets done).
- Run weekly check-ins and status updates to keep stakeholders aligned.
Requirements
- Have 2+ years experience in ecommerce or DTC brand project management (Shopify experience required).
- Are extremely organized, detail-oriented, and love a good checklist.
- Are comfortable working across teams and nudging people without being annoying.
- Take ownership seriously — if you’re in charge of it, it gets done.
- Think logically, plan ahead, and bring solutions instead of problems.
- Can stay calm under pressure and keep others grounded during crunch time.
- Are comfortable in fast-paced, dynamic environments where things shift quickly.
Bonus Points For:
- Experience with tools like ClickUp, Notion, Asana, Trello, or other PM systems.
- Familiarity with ecommerce ops beyond Shopify (inventory, 3PLs, digital launches, etc.).
- A background in product marketing, DTC brand management, or content planning.
- Light creative skills (copywriting, asset coordination) are a plus but not required.
