Job Description

This exciting opportunity to join a worldwide Online Gaming Developer based in beautiful Toronto, Canada!! this role requires fluency to professional level Korean and English Speaking and you will have excellent presenting skills.

• Be “the face” of the Company delivering expert knowledge and superior gaming quality.
• Represent and maintain the Company Brand by consistently adhering to the Company presentation and grooming policy.
• Present all games in the required professional manner, showcasing exceptional presenting skills at all times in line with the Company performance expectations.
• The ability to engage players and immerse them in the live dealer experience.
• Maintain a professional level of technical proficiency in all games with the ability to remain fully aware of your performance at all times and ensure compliance with the Company’s Brand guidelines.
• Carry out all gaming operations in line with the current legislation and to the required company standards of efficiency, security and customer satisfaction.
• Have an active role in the company continuous improvement plan to achieve plans for future growth within the company.

Required Skills/Abilities

• Fluency in Indonesian Native and fluent English to professional level is a must!
• Exceptional presenting skills.
• An enthusiastic and positive attitude with an outgoing personality.
• Must be able to maintain high energy levels for the duration of games that require a more animated performance.
• Flexibility of working hours and the ability to commit to 24/7 shifts.
• Must be reliable and have good attendance and timekeeping records.
• Attention to details and excellent people skills are essential as this is a customer facing role.
• Must be able to demonstrate the ability to think quickly and remain calm under pressure while maintaining accuracy, discipline and discretion.

Salary: $70,865. Gross Annual Salary + night/weekend shift incentives + performance bonuses up to additional $1,200 per month + Flight Costs + Free Accommodation for first three months + Work Permit +++ FANTASTIC CAREER!!The shifts are 8 hours long and there’s three different ones – day, afternoon or night. We tend to operate on fixed shifts as it allows the dealers to figure out their days off but also get used to their schedule (e.g. working nights and adjusting sleeping pattern). The hours are:

• Day - 6.30am-3pm
• Afternoon - 2.30pm-11pm
• Night - 10.30pm-7am

Typically the dealers work 90 mins on then get a 30 min break where they can relax/grab food/watch tv (we have a rec room with TV, playstation and games). They will work 5 days a week with 2 set days off.
