As our next Account Executive / Mid-Sr. Sales Manager (d/f/m), your mission will be to continue our explosive growth trajectory. You won’t just be another cog in the machine; you’ll be a key player driving significant revenue growth and helping us shape the future. You’ll have the autonomy to take ownership of the entire sales cycle, working closely with our Business Development Representatives and ultimately shaping and closing the deal. Your role is crucial in converting major accounts and breaking into new markets. This is not a job where you’ll spend hours hammering the phone – our target group is already excited about what we’re offering. We have a pipeline full of leads who are eager to close, and they just need your support to get through the process.If you’re sales and growth hungry and excited by the challenge of working in an early-stage company that embraces ambiguity, aggressive growth, and rapid pace, this role is perfect for you.

Tasks

Your Goals for the First 6 Months:

  • Generate Revenue: Achieve MRR growth right from day one by closing deals with enterprise clients in our pipeline. We will hand you existing leads that need to be closed, you will start with those.
  • Create Sustainable Growth: Focus on delivering exceptional value to ensure retention for your clients by concentrating on the right set of clients and enabling them to create real value.
  • Dazzling Sales Demos: Collaborate with marketing to craft and deliver customized sales demos that showcase our unique value propositions to each enterprise client.
  • Close Deals: Prepare and negotiate offers for all qualified leads. You will love that our cycle times are short - currently at 50% of the industry average. Is this a job where you can experience the excitement of closing the occasional enterprise client in less than a month? Yes absolutely! Consultative Selling: Act as a trusted advisor, you will help your leads develop value-adding use cases that can be independently implemented with support from our onboarding managers.

  • Tech Savvy: You’re comfortable with complex technology and confident in selling an innovative enterprise SaaS platform within the wallet technology space. While tech support is available, you are prepared to handle the typical technical questions during the sales process with ease.
  • Consultative Seller: You excel at consultative selling, working closely with clients to develop value-driven application that they can implement on their own, using our platforms capabilities and some onboarding assistance
  • High Energy & Competitive Drive: You thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment. You’re passionate about closing deals, celebrating wins, and constantly seeking ways to elevate your performance.
  • Resilient: Setbacks only fuel your determination. You’re hungry for success and view challenges as opportunities to grow.
  • Customer-Centric: You’re committed to not just signing clients but ensuring they stay and grow with the company. You work closely with the Customer Success Management and Communication team to guarantee long-term client satisfaction and success.
  • Strong Communicator: You have the ability to create and deliver captivating sales demos, negotiate offers, and close deals effectively. Your communication is clear and persuasive, both with clients and within the team.
