Midas

Midas is a platform for composable onchain investment products. It gives investors exposure to institutional strategies — which are run by professional strategy managers — through its performance-linked mTokens. These tokens offer full transparency, instant redemptions, and native composability across DeFi.

Midas products (mTokens) are financial instruments that are issued with clearly defined investor rights, onchain transparency, and robust operational controls. They are not stablecoins or DeFi vaults. Each mToken tracks an underlying reference portfolio managed by appointed strategy managers, such as BlackRock, Hyperithm and Edge Capital, with ongoing oversight of risk parameters and performance. Its value, expressed as a Net Asset Value (NAV), fluctuates in line with the performance of this reference portfolio, which can increase or decrease in value.
