As an Executive Assistant you will help to manage many of the day-to-day operations of our business and make sure that keep everything running smoothly. This is your great opportunity to be on the journey with a stage startup throughout its scaling stages!

Tasks

  • Handling orders, invoices and accounting preparation
  • Manage projects such as: internal and external events
  • Responsible for communication with public authorities
  • Support of internal sales
  • Execution of HR tasks
  • Office Management
  • Managing filing system
  • Administrative and travel assistance to Founders

Requirements

  • You have 4+ years of working experience in handling administrative tasks
  • You are characterized by a structured, conscientious, reliable and independent way of working as well as strong communication and team skills
  • Confident in written and spoken German and English
  • You have experience in dealing with contracts
  • You have a talent for organization and enjoy taking on a wide variety of individual tasks.
  • You are motivated in getting to know all areas of the business
  • You are adept and experienced in using MS Office (M365/Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Adobe)
