What You Will Do:

• Work with financial documents, reports in Excel, Quickbooks
• Supporting the IFRS department head in preparing and reviewing reports
• Collecting and processing data necessary for financial reporting
• Assisting in preparing documentation for external audits
• Performing administrative tasks: managing department documentation and handling correspondence
• Acquiring knowledge of internal department procedures and processes
• Gaining skills in preparing IFRS-compliant financial reports
• Assisting in the preparation of reporting documents and supporting the department head with assigned tasks
• Demonstrating proficiency in handling financial data and accuracy in task completion

Requirements

Who you are:

• 1+ years of experience in finance administrative role
• Ability to effectively gather and accurately summarize financial data, be precise with numbers and timely follow-up on requests
• Experience with financial document flow
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables)
• Attention to detail and high accuracy in data migration between formats (e.g., from Excel to Word/Reports)
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
• Basic knowledge of IFRS standards and principles of financial reporting
• Fast learner with the ability to adapt quickly

Languages proficiency:

• Upper-intermediate level of English or higher
