As MGID continues to scale globally, you will define and lead our global social media strategy, ensuring a consistent, performance-driven presence across regions.
You will unify regional efforts under a clear framework, connect social media with brand positioning and demand generation, and establish measurable impact across LATAM, APAC, EMEA, and other priority markets. This is a strategic, high-ownership role with global scope.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and implement a global social media strategy aligned with marketing and business objectives
- Define clear KPIs and performance frameworks that connect social media metrics to awareness, engagement, and early demand signals
- Lead global content planning and ensure consistent brand messaging across regions
- Build and grow professional audiences and local communities in priority markets
- Drive the integration of social media insights into inbound marketing and account-based initiatives
- Manage and coordinate local contractors and agencies, setting quality standards and measurable expectations
- Conduct audits of global and regional social accounts and define a clear operating model for global vs. local execution
- Shape platform-specific formats and content approaches, including short-form video and emerging channels
- Collaborate closely with communications, product marketing, events, and design teams to support campaigns and strategic initiatives
- Execute and optimize paid social campaigns to amplify organic reach and support marketing goals
Requirements
Who You Are
- You have 2+ years of experience operating at a senior or lead level in social media, with clear ownership of strategy rather than execution alone.
- You have successfully developed and implemented SMM strategies for B2B brands, ideally across more than one market or business line.
- You understand how social media builds credibility and trust in complex, long-cycle B2B environments — and how it contributes to pipeline influence, not just engagement metrics.
- You possess a data-driven mindset and are comfortable working with core SMM KPIs such as reach, engagement, subscriber growth, traffic, and leads — using them to guide decisions, not just report outcomes.
- You have strong analytical skills and can connect social performance to broader marketing objectives and business impact.
- You have practical experience leveraging paid social to strengthen organic visibility and support awareness or lead-generation initiatives.
- You have worked within media agencies, ad tech, martech, SaaS, or digital media environments and understand the dynamics of these industries.
- You have managed social media presence across multiple countries or regions, ensuring alignment with global positioning while respecting local nuances.
- You have experience coordinating agencies or freelance contributors and setting clear performance expectations.
- You are confident using LinkedIn as a core B2B channel — from content strategy and professional audience growth to supporting account-based marketing efforts.
- You are familiar with video-first formats, including YouTube, Reels, and short-form content, and understand their role in modern brand communication.
- You have fluent English.
