Upsell: Work with existing clients to maximize client satisfaction, retention, and growth, and propose new ideas, alternative services for clients to spend more budget
Optimization: Work as liaison between clients and internal departments to operate campaign management, and to achieve higher performance
Retention: Work closely with clients to ensure the campaign's achievement and satisfaction to ensure the contract renewal in the highest level
Requirements
1-2 years of experience in digital marketing/ account management, experience in advertising agencies/ e-commerce / direct response environment;
Outstanding computer skills including h2 knowledge of Google, Facebook, Line ads platform, Twitter, TikTok, Native ads and content marketing;
Deep knowledge and understanding of the online advertising industry and technologies.
Deep understanding of the company's product and being able to explain it to a client and anyone else when needed;
Deep understanding of MediaOption's entire product offering and best practices for campaign effectiveness and cross-selling;
Understanding of the country's peculiarities, knowing the main competitors, prices, advertising verticals, and peculiarities of communication with people from the assigned GEO region;
Excellent knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint, chart making, and manipulation of large data sets;
Knowledge of English level - Upper Intermediate, Thai - Advanced/ Native;
