The Account Management team is focused on delivering exceptional client service, optimizing campaign performance, and driving revenue growth in key markets through strategic guidance and data-driven insights.
As the Account Management Team Lead for LATAM, you will oversee a team responsible for executing client-centric advertising strategies across digital campaigns. You will drive initiatives to align account strategies with business objectives, optimize performance, and foster business growth in a dynamic market.
What You'll Do:
- Lead a team of Account Managers in executing advertising strategies, ensuring client objectives are met effectively.
- Develop MGID’s presence in the LatAm region within an account manager’s scope of competence.
- Work in a team on new ads and product promotion, and use the industry’s new opportunities.
- Analyze campaign data to identify optimization opportunities and recommend strategic adjustments.
- Lead change management initiatives, refining processes to elevate client outcomes and enhance team efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive account strategies, leveraging product insights and market trends.
- Provide quarterly, monthly, and weekly reports or reports upon request regarding the current results, issues, and workflow processes of the team.
- Oversee onboarding and training of new team members, ensuring alignment with operational standards.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, identifying areas for growth and delivering constructive feedback.
Requirements
Who You Are:
- You have 2+ years of experience in a management or leadership role within AdTech or MarTech.
- You are knowledgeable about the LatAm region, its consumer behavior, key competitors, pricing strategies, and advertising verticals.
- You have experience managing and optimizing performance-driven campaigns within AdTech.
- You know how to gather and utilize business information to inform strategic planning.
- You are skilled at analyzing data to drive strategic decisions and optimize performance.
- You possess knowledge of global advertising market trends, digital media structures, and evolving technologies.
- You have experience establishing operational processes, including legal and finance procedures, and managing complex digital projects.
- You understand how digital advertising works across various formats – native, display, video – and the integration of tracking tools (pixels, third-party tags, post-backs, GA integration).
- You excel in managing client relationships, and collaborating with affiliates, brands, agencies, and global clients to achieve impactful results.
- You are strategic, outcome-driven, and proactive in addressing challenges and ensuring project alignment.
- You have an Upper Intermediate level of English and are fluent in Spanish
