Job Description
We are seeking a Report Specialist who will be responsible for creating and maintaining data pipelines, dashboards, reports, and insights that support various departments within theteam as well as external clients. This role is crucial in ensuring accurate data collection, analysis, and visualization to drive strategic decision-making. What You'll Do:
Tools and Technologies Management:
- Supports the use of the Dashboard (Database & Visualization).
- Involved in ongoing report issues, troubleshooting, and proactive recommendations to prevent technical issues and discrepancies.
Analytics:
- Gathers, produces, and maintains a wide array of data-related business processes and reporting.
- Responsible for generating data on both a regularly scheduled and ad hoc basis as requested by colleagues and partners.
- Consults with managers and executives to gather requirements and specifications, developing enhanced data and reporting tools.
- Provides analytics and business insights from the intelligent analysis of raw data, enabling team leaders to make sophisticated business decisions based on facts and insights.
Reporting:
- Builds and maintains the reporting system for all clients.
- Provides reports upon request for the team and builds custom reports for clients with special requirements.
- Solves daily issues to ensure reports and the dashboard are working properly and campaign performance is displayed correctly.
Daily Tasks:
- Includes, but is not limited to, checking the daily status of all tickets/tasks in HubSpot, Slack, and system tools performance.
- Handles clients’ requests via email, Skype, phone, and other messengers following existing workflow rules.
- Works with HubSpot following existing workflow rules.
- Works on individual tasks and team projects.
Requirements
Who you are:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Business, Statistics, or any related field.
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in a Reporting Team or any other similar role.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel is preferred (VLOOKUP, Power Query).
- Ability to articulate and address complex technical requirements both internally and externally.
- Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in English (Upper-intermediate level) and Thai (Advanced/Native level).
- A systems mindset, able to facilitate connections between data gathering, storage, use, and reporting – with a bias towards practical utilization of data.
- Close attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Service-minded with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Project management and process improvement experience is beneficial.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule.
- Passionate about a culture of learning and teaching.
- Ability to solve systemic problems and look beyond the surface to understand root causes, enabling the development of long-term solutions.
- Fluent in Thai.
- Upper-intermediate English proficiency.
Will Be a Plus:
- Experience with AdTech/MarTech.
- Fundamental knowledge of basic data structures and database management.
- Experience working with AdTech/MarTech and digital media statistics.
- Passion for learning and teaching, with a service-minded approach.
