Job Description
We are seeking a Client performance executive/Client Acquisition Representative who will be responsible for establishing relationships with new clients, building and nurturing key client connections, and actively promoting and selling our entire product range to increase the customer base and drive revenue growth within the designated region or country. This role is essential in expanding our reach and ensuring long-term success through strategic client engagement and sales development.
What You'll Do:
- Pursue new clients to achieve the company's sales targets.
- Expand new prospects and business opportunities for the company and maintain business relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Responsible for all sales activities including reply/response mails, maintaining accurate records of pricing, invoices, etc..
- Manage and support client’s requirements, contracts, etc.
- Ensures the fulfillment of client’s requirements and commitment based on the assigned market.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Provides detailed and accurate sales reports to support business objectives.
- Support Team lead in team coordination, assigning opportunities and overall hygiene and best practice implementation of sales.
- Understand client business need and analyze customer business goals, objectives, needs, processes and existing infrastructure.
- Develops and maintains an accurate, high-quality pipeline that is aligned to our company’s sales process.
- Understand the prospect and client decision-making process and stakeholder.
Requirements
Who you are:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in any related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in sales, advertising or digital media field would be an advantage.
- Have excellent sales, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Have good communication and 'people skills'.
- Have determination and the drive to work towards targets.
- Computer literacy is a must (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Will be a plus:
- Good in statistics and analytics skills.
- Digital media agency experience.
- Know about online media (Google, Facebook, IG, Twitter, Content Marketing, Tik-Tok, Line).
- English Communication skill is a plus.
