Job Description

What will you do:

  • Moderates and filters of clients incoming flow based on potential deposit, spend, clients product/ service and clients background;
  • Reacts to clients FAQ and specific questions, registers system failures, bugs and moderations delays etc (to increase NPS, number of positive clients feedbacks);
  • Escalates the issues (bugs and system failures) to the technical support team;
  • Improves the clients knowledge of company's product;
  • Maintains and updates the external clients' knowledge base;
  • Supports internal clients with daily routine takes part in client’s reactivation;
  • Proactively shares feedback and ideas with team members and / or Team Leader;
  • Performs daily optimization of low spend clients through monitoring of clients spend and campaign activities

Requirements

Who you are:

  • Solid knowledge of web-based and application software;
  • Internet basics knowledge (online solutions, client-server connections, application development, etc.);
  • Familiarity with SMM or SEO basics;
  • Flexible work schedule;
  • Ability to multitask and take initiative;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Attention to details.

Will be a plus:


  • Affiliate marketing basic knowledge;
  • Understanding marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics would be an advantage);
  • Understanding marketing/support software (e.g. CRM tools, helpdesk, live chat);
  • Understanding advertising platforms (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, etc. would be an advantage).

    Languages proficiency:

  • Upper-Intermediate English
